The team have identified the problem and confirmed that there is no data loss. The issue is preventing route data for some applications from being displayed in the UI. Our incident response team continue to work on a fix.

Update -
A fix has been deployed and performance of the Contrast UI and API on https://cs003.contrastsecurity.com has improved. As such, logins may now be successful.
The team continue to work to bring performance back to normal.
